About the Role

Frisco Analytics seeks a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to design and build modern, scalable web applications that support intelligent data solutions and power next-generation enterprise systems. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team focused on innovation, quality, and user experience.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications that are secure, scalable, and high-performing
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver robust and elegant solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the stack (frontend and backend)
• Develop and integrate APIs, services, and external systems
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing systems for better performance
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning
• Stay current with the latest tools, frameworks, and trends in web development

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Back-end expertise in Node.js, Java, or Python
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, integration patterns, and system architecture
• Experience with both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Background in data modeling, data integration, or data governance
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile development practices
• Understanding of modern identity/access management and security best practices
